Statistical tools - Poisson Law: going further

This statistical tool uses Poisson Law (read more about Poisson law in this item: Poisson Law Computation) to automatically estimate the concentration of target genes, along with their confidence interval and relative uncertainty for a given confidence level.

Additionally, it supports pooling replicates (learn more about pooling samples in this item: Pooling Replicate Wells) to gain sensitivity and precision in the case where the same test sample is loaded in several wells.
